These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Borderhold, including the website, the playable game, and related services.

Use of the Service

You may use Borderhold only in a lawful manner and only in a way that does not interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other players.

Accounts and Login

Borderhold currently uses wallet-based authentication on the Polygon network. Beta environments may use Polygon Amoy. You are responsible for your wallet, your device, and your access to any account or session connected to Borderhold.

Rules of Conduct

You agree not to:

• abuse, harass, or threaten other users,
• cheat or exploit the live service in ways not intended by Borderhold,
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or degrade the service,
• probe, attack, or interfere with the site, backend, or related infrastructure,
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected service logic except where the law clearly permits it,
• use the service for unlawful purposes.

Borderhold may later include features that support bot-controlled or automated play in specific modes. Unless explicitly allowed by the service, you should assume outside automation is not permitted.

Availability

Borderhold is under active development. You should expect interruptions, incomplete features, resets, balancing changes, outages, and other service disruptions.

Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend, restrict, or remove any part of Borderhold at any time, with or without notice.

Third-Party Systems

Borderhold may rely on third-party systems such as wallet providers, blockchain networks, hosting providers, and communication platforms. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, access problems, or failures caused by third-party systems.

No Warranty

Borderhold is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, accuracy, security, performance, or that the service will be free of bugs or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Borderhold and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, access, digital assets, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Borderhold at any time if we believe your use of the service creates risk, violates these Terms, or harms the service or other users.
